Questions

What happens when the trial ends?: Your 14-day trial needs no card. When it ends, choose a plan to keep monitoring. If you don't, monitoring pauses and your data stays until you decide.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade applies at your next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?: Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the refund policy.
Who handles the payment?: Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. They process the payment, handle sales tax and VAT, and send your invoice.
