Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your full legal name], who operates SiteOps (“SiteOps”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SiteOps you agree to them. If you use SiteOps for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

1. The service

SiteOps is software, provided over the internet, that monitors websites for availability, performance, WordPress health, known security vulnerabilities, business flows and tracking tags, and alerts you when something needs attention. We may improve or change features over time. We will tell you in advance about a change that significantly reduces what your plan includes.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and your workspace, including actions of the team members you invite.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Websites you monitor

Only add websites you own or are authorised to monitor, for example because you manage them for a client. Monitoring sends requests to those websites, and business flow checks load pages and fill in forms as you configure them. You are responsible for having permission to do this and for any test data a business flow submits.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use SiteOps to:

  • monitor, test or load websites without permission, or to attack, overload or probe any system;
  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • try to get around plan limits, security controls or other users’ data;
  • resell or provide SiteOps to others as a standalone service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

5. Free trial

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial without a payment card. When the trial ends, monitoring pauses until you choose a paid plan.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

  • Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page. Taxes are added where required.
  • Upgrades apply immediately and are charged for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal after that notice.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause monitoring until it succeeds.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, as described in our refund policy.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into SiteOps. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data, or ask us to, at any time.

9. Availability and alerts

We work to keep SiteOps available and its checks accurate, but monitoring cannot catch every problem. Checks may be delayed and alerts may fail to arrive, for example because of network issues or the alert channel. SiteOps supports your own operations; it does not replace your own backups, security measures or judgement.

10. Warranty and liability

SiteOps is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop using SiteOps and delete your workspace at any time. We may end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. When the agreement ends, we delete your workspace data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
